Weird starting problem

after I drive it around for awhile, i parked my car.
an hour later car won't start... engine turns but does not start.

After few more try, engine finally starts but stays in low rpm and makes prr prr prr prr sounds for about 10 sec and back to normal condition again...

This happened during morning start as well...

car starts but stayed in low rpm making pr prrr prr sounds then goes back to normal...

nebody else experienced this problem?
