Weird metal/grinding noise ??

Hello guys..

I got a problem with my car after getting it back from the shop. Whever I try to put in 1st/Reverse ( sometimes even when my car is just idling ), my car is making this metal " shaking "sound ( kinda like something is loose ) and when i attempt to put my car in 1st or Reverse, it grinds like **** before it even goes in. But once the gear is in.it's fine throughout the rest. I went single turbo, and my clutch/flywheel is brand new. I have a feeling that it's my pilot bearing but I gave them the brand new bearings. Any idea ? I've been trying to call my shop..but just thought maybe you guys have some suggestion

Thanks in advance
Tae

a pilot bearing is hard to change on our car, the shop probably just left the old one in. i say bring it back to them and be assertive because im sick of ppl trying to rip me off. wtf are we paying for? i got ur back tell them to fix it and ur not paying anything and u want it asap.

Rotary is right, I have had 2 3rd gen's and they pulled that on me the first time, then I started to use Rotary Performance here in dallas.
