Weird engine behavior

This is very weird my car will idle good until I coast to a stop light in neutral, while standing still with the car in neutral I will put it in 1st gear while on the clutch the engine idle goes to about 400 RPMs or it will just quit.

Another thing that happens is when I past 0psi going to higher boost my engine will cough and loose power like fuel will stop flowing to the engine.

The idle problem could be your clutch switch.

As mightyslash says, there is switch behind your clutch pedal that goes bad. Your other problem could be a hose popped off your map sensor. The map sensor is located off the firewall by the intake elbow and master cylinder. Make sure the hose is connected. Then reset your ecu by disconnecting the neg battery cable and holding the brake pedal for 30 seconds. Reconnect the batt cable and hopefully that fixes your problem.

Seems that Mightyslash just got his rotary HS diploma. He is a productive part of the rotary society now. However, he is still shy with words. Let's hear a speech please!

I had the exact same problem and it was only the idle adjustment.
