weird electrical problem???

I have a problem with my electrical system but i cant seem to figure out what may be causing it, i read one post when i searched the database where 2 ppl have had the fans turn on when the key is in the on position (before the car starts) . i am having the same problem myself and one person said a possible sensor is bad. i have no idea where to start. I had an electrical problem with the starter and the fuel pump so far, i bypassed the starter but really cant do much to bypass the fuel pump. there may be other problems that i dont know of yet but i mainly was wondering what items would i test first to narrow down my problem?

So what is the problem exactly? The fans turn on as soon as you put the key in? What does this ahve to do with the starter and fuel pump? I would begin testing the fan relays on the passenger side of the engine compartment per the Mazda manual. Also check to see if the fan mod was properly done. Look for a small black box and an added in harness on the passenger side by the ecu.
