weird coolant issue

As some of you may know, my FD overheated because of a bad ugly thermostat.

Now that I have changed it, I have another little issue. I knew I needed to keep water in the car to add some everytime I would drive the car for bleeding purposes or whatever.

Problem is, everytime I remove the filler cap, I have to put some strength on it to pull it out. When I remove it, it makes a "pop" succion sound. Also, when I first filled the car with coolant, I topped off the AST, filler neck and overflow tank. Now, the overflow tank is way above the "full" mark on the dipstick, and I still have to add water everyday in the filler neck.

wtf?

edit: before people start yelling REBUILD, I don't see any bubbles in the coolant from the filler neck when the car is running, and there is no white smoke coming out of the exaust

Check all your hoses going from the filler neck to the AST to the overflow tank. I had the same issue and found one of the hoses had a pin hole leak.
