Now keep in mind this only happens whenever it's cold outside and the car is off. Now here in TX that means <70F. All this erratic behavior stops once the car is turned on and at operating temperature.

Every once in a while my hazard lights will flash. This happens once every 3 to 7 seconds, and they only flash on quick, then off. Then wait, then on, then off... The colder the ambient temperatures, the more often it happens.

I've got a Clifford alarm on the car (installed before I purchased her). But when it gets cold every once in a while the cars horn will go off (not from the aftermarket alarm), and the headlights will go up then down. This might happen two or three times quickly in succession, then not do anything for 5 minutes, then do it again.

Also the "coolant buzzer" will go off randomly, but only for 1/4 to 1/2 second. No idiot lights turn on. This happens very rarely, its the 1st two that happen most often.

Wow that is weird. I suggest downloading the wiring diagrams and start inspecting the wiring. I had some problems with my turn signals and horn and it turned out to be damaged wiring above the passenger front fender liner. My wheel was rubbing the front harness and damaged a bunch of wires. It only took me about 10 months to figure this out since it the problem was intermittent and in a place you would least expect. Not sure whats wrong with yours but you gotta start somewhere. Just start inspecting all the wiring you can and test the circuits out.
