Weird clutch issue

Hoping to get a bit of help.
First of all, it's an RX8. I don't have the 7s anymore.

I replaced the clutch and flywheel recently. Exedy OE replacement and ACT Streetlite flywheel. Also installed the clutch pedal reinforcement bracket. At first, everything was fine. Then after about a week, I would get a vibration coming from the clutch pedal and inconsistent shifts. It was proving difficult to shift smoothly and the engagement point and pedal pressure were becoming inconsistent too.

Took it back to the shop and they said it was normal because the clutch pedal bracket reduced the free play of the pedal making it transmit more of the engine vibration. So I left it for a bit. Then during the hotter weather during stop and go, it started to become really bad. Serious vibration from the pedal (both engaged and unengaged) and it made a horrible grinding noise when trying to shift. Took it back and told them to check it out. They took it apart, said it was a warped flywheel because it was new and they usually come warped. Why they didn't machine it when they originally installed it? I don't know. Anyways I footed the bill and when I got it back, felt fine.

After about a week, problem came back. Don't want to take it back there because I know they're probably gonna tell me the same ****. They say it could also be a faulty pressure plate.

Anybody ever encounter an issue like this or have any ideas as to what it could be?
Installation error?
Throw-out bearing?

Thanks in advance.

Maybe they didn't use an alignment tool.

If they didn't use an alignment tool, you wouldn't even be able to stab the transmission. My buddies Rx8 had the same issue. Ended up being his pressure plate. This was also on a new ACT Clutch. We tried bleeding the hell out of the clutch system, replacing the fork, adjusting the pedal, but what fixed it was swapping the pressure plate.

I see. So maybe they were right about the faulty pressure plate.

Thanks for the replies.
