Weird ABS issue

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.
But sometimes if I turn the wheel fully left, locked, at a complete stop, then let the car roll a little, the next time I tap the brake, I feel what I feel is the ABS pump pulsing the brakes.

Any ideas?

Speed sensors let the system know when one tire is turning slower than the others. At full lock the outside tire is rolling faster than the inside tire and may cause the system to see it as a skid based of the % of difference in wheel speeds.
That's my theory anyway.

Makes sense.
Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
non stock rims, from a G35

I do have a feeling that my left lower arm is bent, as I get wheel rub on the wheel well, wonder if thats adding to it.
