Way to switch to black interior?

I might be getting a FD with tan interior and it's al ittle torn up and I was wondering if I could bring it to an aftermarket interior place and they could redo the whole inside to all black? All the panels etc, is that possible or will I have to find/buy all the panels/seats etc. And even doing that is there a way to convert EVERYTHING to black. Would would be the costs you think?

My '93, bought in Aug '92, had the same interior, that is, tan. After about 9 years of ownership, I decided to go over to black. I started buying the black replacement parts, and after about a year, did the conversion myself. Everything except the tan carpet. Decided it wasn't worth the effort to do that.

I doubt if an aftermarket shop will be able to re-do the plastics. I guess they could paint them.

What year is the car? IIRC 94s and 95s are much easier as many parts are already black (bins/divider/door panels etc). A 93 you'd pretty much want a whole interior from a parted out car or someone stripping it for a race car, 94-95s you can piece together the stuff to do the change.

Good point. My '93 needed more work to convert than a '94 or '95 will need.
