water Temperature sending unit

OK please help me if you can. Any thing is greatly appricitaed. Where does the wire come from for the temp sending unit on the right rear of the engine block. I cant seem to find the wire that goes on to it. Ive got the oil pressure sender hooked up and working no water temp though. If mabe someone's got a picture that would be great but I cant find the wire for the life of me.
Thank you for your time
