water temp int cooling hose

anybvody know or have pics on how to install a autometer mechanical gauge into the coolant hose? or if you can tap that big 1/2" nut into the filler neck i dont want it to crack the housing. i have read the searches from rx7.com and from lighting a world of thunder looking for other help than from those 2 sites. thanks for any help

I installed it into the coolant filler neck. I believe this location is post radiator but it was very easy to install. I just took a 8mm hex wrench and unscrewed the hex bolt on the coolant filler neck then screwed in the sensor.
