Wastegate problem???

I've been fighting with this damn boost leak for some time now, and can't figure it out. I'm holding a steady 6 or 7 lbs, but I can hear the boost just venting out of somewhere when trying to boost up to either 10 or 13, depending on the setting of my PFC. I've checked all my IC piping and Y pipe. Being that the car is currently at my parent's place, my dad committed the sin of taking it to a Mazda dealer. I talked to the guy who looked at it and he told my it was "that aftermarket blowout valve." For piece of mind I replaced my Greddy BOV with the stock, but still seeing the same boost. This holds for both primary and secondary. I'm at the point where I'm either going to take it to KDR or push it off a cliff. Anyone have any ideas?

Check the Charge Relief Solenoid - it sounds like it is sticking causing the CRV to vent over 7>8 psi. or the CRV itself may be sticking open.

I was under the impression that the CRV only releases boost from the secondary turbo though. Or am I wrong. Thanks

PSUR, I think your right. I think it only vents pre spool, in stock turbo configuration

Can it vent 7psi Boost in non-seq and teed in with the BOV?
I get 7psi max since the non-seq mod.

I actually did find a crack in the hose leading into the CRV, but this didn't solve the problem. I spoke to Dave from KDR and he told me its either the hose going into the BOV from the Y-pipe (checked, no cracks) or the hose from the Y-pipe to the turbo. Maybe I misunderstood him, but looking on Rob Robinette's site this is not a rubber hose, but a metal tube. I'll be taking things apart in a few hours to see if I can figure it out, but any help would be appreciated greatly. Thanks.
