windscreen washer bottle ,the hose at the top of the container not the run off at the top of the neck..is it for the rear window sprayer?thanks

The rear sprayer has its own container in the rear of the hatch.

I don't have a top tube on my A-Spec, but I do know that some European/Canadian models had sprayers for the headlights. That might be the ticket.

 

thanks for the reply ,but mines a jap...theres a hose running of the top of the container bout 6 inches long ...doesent make any sence then cos theres an overflow on the neck..cheers

 

has no one fixed a washer bottle bafore and seen this..
