Warranty for your FD
Hey guys,
I should be getting my FD pretty soon, in a few weeks or so. Im looking into purchasing warranty. The car will have about 97kmi, its a 93. Any advice on what warranty coverage is good and didnt give no crap about the apex seals not being an internal lubricating part. Prices, and websites on the warranty company would be very much appreciated. Im sure there are some FD owners right now that are on the verge of spending couple G's to rebuild their engine, and hopefully those of you that had some experience with warranty companies could share their advice.

Here is my advice to the two of you. Call around different dealerships large and small. Usually they will have some information regarding extended warrenties through another company, i.e. GE Capitol. When I purchased my RX recentley I had the choice of purchasing one for about 800 bucks to cover it for one year. Be careful about your choices though as there are many factors involving these warrenties.
Such as:
1. milage
2. make and model of vehicle
3. absolutely no modification
4. salvage title? (some states its illegal to sell a salvage)
5. age of vehicle
Thats all I can think of so far.
Good luck!

Im buying it from a private party. I remember a website of this warranty company. I dont recall the website but they had all these different types of warranty. Ranging from $1000-$4000 in one year.
