what could cause all of the warning lights to come on (ABS, battery, airbag, etc) and the AC/heater console to be totally dead?

i'm basically wondering how the heater console is fused (and where it's fused) and why the hell my idiot lights are staying on with the car running!

 

anyone?

 

I would check the alternator, battery, and dash ground points.

 

would you happen to know where the dash ground points are, or are you going to send me on a search through the FSM wiring diagram?
