Whenever i leave the keys in the ignition or the lights on and open the door, how come the warning beep does not sound, there is no devoted fuse for this so i figured that is not the problem. Also, my power door locks and alarm do not work. Why is this? and what can i do to fix it? I thought power door locks were standard oem but i guess im not positive that i have them and i am positive i have an alarm (oem security system). Does anybody have any suggestions?

 

Does the dome light work when you open the door?

I had a short or something that disabled the lights/key ignition alarm, dome light, radio, alarm, and who knows what else.

I have no idea where the short was, after removing and putting back the ECU and battery, it hasn't come back since.
