do a search for sequential, or non-sequential
Or just go to this link

my first question would be... why do you want to do this?? imho if your setup works properly now, it's probably best to keep it that way.
in answer to your question, yes; you can "wire" the turbos to non-seq. but... the job would be "half" done since to truely go non-sequential requires a bit more than just wiring open/close the doors within the unit to be effective.
going non-sequential will somewhat be less than the punch of a properly operating seq. setup but having done the full non-seq. mod to several fd's, the spool up is actually very responsive, AND the boost pressures are maintained in a fashion that is predictable. no more boost fluctuations, troubleshooting transitions, patterns, etc.
the owners that i have done the mod for were very surprised and pleased with the sensations.
if you decide to go non-seq., be sure to do all the homework on the net and otherwise before going through with the mod. as there are a few different opinions out there. take the best and make em you own.
good luck.
my .02 cents.
