i hope they have a mass production one coming soon. i dont trust the intercooler or radiator because one-off products vary.... does anyone know if greddy has one coming down the line. i know HKS has one, but i prefer greddy since everything else in my car is greddy.

BTW, the Re amemiya cosmo rx7 has a prototype greddy one for the 20b :-/

Just make your own, it will be better and cheaper than these overpriced "kits".

not necessarily better but definitely cheaper, i'm still trying to find a good dual pass radiator and a good intercooler that doesn't blow a hole in my pocket

chuck did reply to me once after i emailed him about vmount availability couple weeks ago. after i replied he hasn't gone back to me yet, so like mentioned, i assume he's still on vacation as well. i hope he continues his business and make more vmounts. If not, he'll be missed for sure.. =T

i'm glad i got my battery box and pc680 as well.

if you can't wait. off the top of my head, HKS and KnightSports makes nice vmount for FD. But they have to be ordered from japan, so FDNewbie is your man. awsome guy, thumbs up for great customer service.

Hey guys...thought I'd peek in and say haha

Yea I can definitely still get a FEW more of Chuck's V-mounts, but not many (so no, no GB on them). I AM running a GB currently on Chuck's hood dampers and mini battery kits however... Check my vendor section for more info: https://www.rx7club.com/fdnewbie-imports-172/

1) RE Amemiya, HKS, Knightsports, and one or two lesser known companies do make V-mount kits, but they're all very expensive. Easily in the $3K+ range

2) Greddy is essentially RE, in that RE is working closely w/ TRUST on their final FD projects and their new transition to the RX-8 (which they'll be using as their new JGTC platform soon enough). So no, Greddy won't be releasing an FD V-mount. If they supply it, it'll be sold by RE (as is the current RE V-mount).

For any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitiate to EMAIL me Just please be patient, as I receive a very high volume of emails daily, so it may be a few days until I can respond.

Thanks!

Ramy save one for me!

I would rather buy on ethat is proven then take the trial and error method.

Married and two kids. Have to watch the funds for the RX.
