Want to replace the OEM steering wheel, what do I need?

What MOMO hub adaptor do I use to install a MOMO steering wheel. Thanks.

For those of you who have replaced your steering wheel, did you remove the air bag stuff? Where did you put your horn? (did you get a wheel with buttons)?
