want one

Well i dont own an rx-7 yet but im really interested in buying one... I was just wondering wut year would be the best and wut engine. Any advice would help

^ No doubt.

Bought mine at the age of 21. Blew the motor in 2 months due to poor planning of Mods, ie 3 basic mods with no ECU upgrade.

26 now and $10K later, I'm still working out some bugs. They are great cars but just have to be a little smarter with them. Everything has to be done in order.

DO NOT BUY ONE W/OUT CHECKING THE COMPRESSION! Oh and Mazda knows nothing about an FD. Take it to them if you plan on buying new turbos cause they'll tell you they are cooked even if you're just getting an oil change.
