Well I was on my way home from work and caught this Red FD out of the corner of my EYE
at a auto broker and so I whipped my car around and went to look at this car. To my dis-may it was marked not for sale ever. This just made it even worse for me I had to see this car bad now so after tracking down some key people I convinced this guy to let me look at it and he gave me the key and I opened her up and this car was CLEAN the seats look like they have never had a *** sit in them since it came off the showroom floor and it smelled like a brand new RX-7 (you guys no what I am talking about) the black trim was perfect not one scratch the tan carpet and door panels looked perfect no scuffs or marks what so ever. I put the key in the ING. and turned it and it revealed 68K on it I could not beleive my eyes this car was taken care of! The steering wheel felt great shiny and no evedence of wear and the shift kbob had like 3 little dots missing but you had to look real hard. Now to the exterior the paint was very nice the only issue it had was the side mirrors had sun burn on them but not too bad could be buffed out with in minutes no dings or anything. So I pop the hood and the E-bay looked so clean it still had the warning sticker still on the air box
not a spot of grease any wear at all the motor was replaced from what I could tell but I have not got under the car so I dont no. so I turn it on and ravroom starts real nice and take her for a spin and it felt pretty good but did not puul the way I thought so I pull over and the y-pipe clamp had come loose no big deal just a new clamp. The a/c cranked and ran real strong so I drove her back to the lot and shut here down and gave the keys back (even though I wanted to take her home BAD
) I talked to Doug for a few minutes and convinced him that I could find this car a good home sooooo here are the vitals I got from it
1993 VR Touring Tan int.
all stock no mods what so ever( no signs of it)
VIN- JM1FD3310P0209981
Bridgestone RE71 rubber
Maybe a Reman Motor (cant tell until I can get underneath and poke around or pull the ALT. but I dont want to do that.)

He wants 16,000 (this car is clean I wish I had taken pics but I did not bring my DIG cam.
)
So if anyone is intrested please call Doug and if you want pics I can work something out with Doug
I know this is probally not the right area for this thread but it was a great find and a cool story
