I was asked for the mcmastercarr part number for my viton seal checkvales, so here it is:

Brass spring-loaded poppet check valve
1/8" male x male NPTF dryseal threads, Viton O-rings
7775k61

I cant find the part number for the end barbs, but they cam in a pack of like 8 or 10, so it worked out well.

Thanks for the info Damian. They look like they've got the right specs for the job-- any problems with fitment?

 

no problemo
they fit pretty good, but you have to modify the lengths on some of the hoses just a bit

at $8 vs stock $30-$40...they seem well worth it, my only concern is that they do not have a built in oil filter like the stockers

 

Heh, for $22-$32, I'm sure we can make some type of inline filter-- maybe stuff some oil-resistant foam into a brass chamber...

McMaster-Carr has some plastic ones that seem like they should hold up well also. Viton, 250F temp rating. Check out part # 47245K32.
