Vids of my rebuilt RX-7!

Just a few short ones...I've got some big ones coming soon. Please excuse my incessant giggling'...I was giddy.

http://www.imagestation.com/album/pi...?id=4290547955

I'm overwhelmed with satisfaction, and fulfillment. My RX-7 is so badazz, now....

I just got back from turbojeff's. He did an amazing job on the car..it's like night and day. Everything's well done...attention to detail was impeccable, and my car feels like it's brand new. If any of you have any doubt in his capabilities, you've got no worries.

The car has simply come alive...the handling of the car has totally changed, now that there's power to deliver the feedback...awesome..simply awesome. I just spent 4 hours of the best road time that I have ever had on I-5.

Props to Pineapple Racing for their beautiful restoration of the motor...it's powerful...I can feel it emanating from the engine, and it's just waiting to be rev'd to redline!!!

Thank you to the RX-7 Store for providing us with great deals on the parts for this bad boy, and this forum for the overwhelming amount of knowledge stored within it's depths....it's fantastic to have such a wonderful forum supported by such a wonderful import tuner.

I stayed under 4,000 rpms the whole time, modulating the throttle, and slowing down and speeding up. The pick-up on the car is such a difference from before.

As a side-joke...I severly intimidated several riced out Civics on the way home....oh..and one Dodge Neon. Not that that's a big deal...but it was great to see these guys faces as they gawked at the ride.

I got a warm fuzzy.

Awesome. I especially like the one where the wife flips you the bird 'cause you're spending so much on the car. I can totally relate.

For a second there I was trying to figure out why (and how) you would install those gauges in your engine comparment

Nice job! I felt the same way when I got my reman in a few weeks ago.

I stopped by Jeff's on Saturday to drop off my car and I got a good look at yours AAX. Damn! Thats one clean car you got there, it screams for a bigger IC and more boost! I snapped a couple pics and I took a movie of yours being fired up for the first time running straight downpipe I can e-mail it to you if you want. Congrats on the car and now the work can begin on mine! Woohoo!

Sure ToMaC, that'd be sweet. I wanted to be there..but my time schedule just wouldn't permit it. Jeff said you had dropped by..I'd love that vid!!!

archangle10@attbi.com is my email address.

mysterx7, sure, man...we can hook up. The car isn't broken in yet, I just finished adding more coolant. It's raining here again..so it doesn't like I'm going to get to enjoy it anyways.

I can't wait for an intercooler, but that's gonna be a bit..I just don't have the cash for one..maybe in a little while. I'm currently prepping for my PCS to England.

Just got one man..400 mbs..

Can you handle that?

It's pretty much everything of the second part of the rebuild. with Jeff finishing up...high quality MPEG-II....?

Or tell me the limit, and I'll shorten it down. Thanks for the offer, I was just thinking about posting a large vid but I don't have a server.

Thanks!
