Lightbulb very low idle after car heats up.

The car idles strong and sounds good until you drive the car for about 10 minutes and then when you take your foot off the gas the idle drops to around 100 rpms then the car just shuts off. Can place my foot rested on the gas pedal to hold the car at a steady idle and it runs fine and the low idle has not affected the cars performance, only when you come to a stop or take your foot off the gas.

I was told by a individual with “Extreme Sound and Motorsports” in NC “who by the way took my money and never finished fixing my car as well as had his number disconnected.” But I was told that this could be a idle sensor, I think he said it was a small green sensor. Not the tps sensor, he said that was fine. Please help! Thanks guys

A large vacuum leak can stall the engine, but ferrariyellowfd is saying his performance are not affect. Also with a vacuum leak the engine would run on the AWS, as soon you would but in gear it would die. If you idle around 1000rpm and it does not die, its not a "large vacuum leak"

Do you guys have some vacuum reading and boost patern for us?

Idle Speed Control on the back middle of the UIM. A white connector goes to it, make sure it's plugged in and you may have to remove it to clean it with carb cleaner.

My boost is steady and un effected. it's nothing to do with a vacuum, it is sensor related as far as I know. GoodfellaFD3S you say this sensor is on the back middle of the UIM? I'm not sure of what the uim is? where on the motor could I find that section of sensors? Thanks allot guys!!

What does it idle at on cold startup? What vacuum does it pull at around a 900 rpm idle?

Upper intake manifold.

You don't have a boost gauge that reads vacuum?
