does anyone know where i can get a veildside fortune back bumper.....not the whole $11,000 kit.

The back bumper will not work alone. You need the whole kit.

Besides that they wont sell the pieces individually even if you did something custom. Also, thats the worst part of the entire kit why...why...why...

i want to get the 99 spec front end but undecided about the back

That is a hideous bumper. I've never seen the entire kit, but I hate almost everything Veilside does.
