Hey,

I wanted to know how much - vacuum does a healthy engine have?

My engine is always at -15 on the boost gauge

Variables include: idle speed, ports, hard seals and clearances used, engine temp and of course, engine health. The point being, unless it's way low, don't read too much into it IMO.
