Vacuum hose on the Turbo Control Actuator

Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get to these. I can't seem to with the crossmember in the way.

If you are talking about one of the two actuators bolted directly to the front turbo...

I got to them from the top. Take out the airbox, and you should be good. It is difficult, but doable. You might have to push the coolant hose out of the way to get to them a bit easier.

Jack the front of the car up and remove the front wheel. It's a PITA to get to unless you're directly under it.

I was able to get to them by simply jacking up the front. They are a bear to get loose though.
