HI Vaccum/solenoid question

What would vaccum/solenoid would cause you to get no/low boost?

There are valves that direct air to the turbos and from the compressors. If you don't have vacuum, the solenoids won't put the valves in the right positions, then charge air and/or exhaust can dump past where it needs to go and the turbos basically freewheel without building boost.

The stock vacuum diagram tells you what you need. Any solenoid that is piped off of the main vacuum tank, for one, and then there are some other solenoids that have their own route to the manifold. If the check valve arrow points toward the manifold then it is a vacuum circuit.
