V spec and M spec intercooler whats the difference

I am looking at a new intercooler. Gave up on v mount due to availibility and now that I am looking at front mount I am seeing intercoolers marked as M spec and V spec. I can assume which is better based on the price but what is the difference when i was looking at v mount they were all marked V spec. thanks for your help

core difference..

Mspec - bar and plate
Vspec - fin and tube

IMO.. just wait for FDNewbie and Rx7store. they're both releasing v-mount kits very soon.
