New radiator, new intercooler core, piping, modify radiator hose, relocate battery, modify/remove AC I would imagine, and a working knowlege of welding/fabrication. Search for threads by KinetikFD or similar. He had a great thread on the one he made.

^ Nope, the rotary extreme kit used a Koyo, which is larger than a Fluidyne

rad. is the same size you would buy aftermarket....mine was koyo...not sure if there all the same size or not....
its also gets tilted down...if your making your own ..need welder, alum. piping, some alum. stock, rad., ic, aftermarket intake, small battery or relocate it, ac lines need modified, ac condensor needs remounted....

i did alot of research before buying mine...look up v-mount ic, vmount ic , vmount...
different results came back...its all in how you word it...i took pics when i installed my vmount, if you want any....
goodluck

you can use your fluidyne but will have to block off the bottom hose outlet and divide the top end tank at the middle so you can build a taller tank to place the new hose outlet.

check my thread https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...hlight=v-mount i should have a few pics of my radiator.
