Use cork as gasket for the ACV ???

I broke my acv gasket, so i had cork, i made the same form. Will it be okay to use a cork gasket instead of a normal gasket, cause i'm doing the sillicone hose job.

??

Thanks

Absolutely not.

The stocker is paper but that really wasn't good enough either. Mazda now makes them only in metal.
