Use all Trailing plugs, no leading?

I heard from a friend the other day that it is actually better to use all trailing plugs in your rotary because they burn hotter. You don't use leading at all...I just wondered if its true?

Whoa there partner....no.

He probably meant use all trailing *TEMPERATURE* plugs, which is 9. Leading is 7 and runs hotter. You want a colder plug if you are no longer stock.

PS- running w/ no leading plugs at all, well...you'll get fuel and fire everywhere.

Go with 4 trailing plugs(9's). Its cheap insurance against detonation
