Urgent Help Needed: White Smoke from Turbo...have searched

I have searched and know what the possible causes are. But I just need some answers pretty quick because I am freaking out. I need my car so I can get to classes.

So last night it was kinda cold and I had a little race. My coolant levels have been good and temps have been 80-85C. This morning I was about to go to class and started my car. The add coolant light came on when I was driving for about 30 seconds and I didn't think too much of it. I got to a red light about 15 seconds later and smoke started coming out of the passenger side of the engine bay. I pulled into a parking lot and smoke was pouring out of the turbo/manifold area. It was white smoke and clearly smelled like coolant. So I know its not an oil leak, it is definately coolant related. So I checked the coolant level and their was pretty much nothing in there. I also checked the AST and their was nothing in there. I got my gf to bring me to Kroger and I got some distilled water and poured about a gallon in so I could get it home safely. I started it back up and everything was good. Temp was about 50C and by the time I got it home the temp was around 65C. My gf said that their was alot of coolant and water on the ground when I pulled out of the parking lot. So I looked under my car when I got home and their was water pouring out from below the turbo as well as smoke coming from that area.

So I am thinking that the cause or problem is that last night one of my coolant hoses cracked or busted (but this is weird because these are new when I went GT35R about 5 months ago). That is why their was no coolant by the time I drove it this morning and why everything has been good up till today.

I know that it could be a damaged coolant seal on the housing but smoke is not coming from that area. Only from below and around my turbo.

Another question I have is..."would this have caused any damage to anything?" I only had it running for about 2-3 minutes with temps not any higher than 67C.

So what you guys think? By the way...I have minimal tools because I am in college. How should I go about checking on things and fixing them?
