URGENT!! HELP!! Engine Died after 2 min warm up

the story is somewhat long, but here it goes:

My car was stock with ACT S/S clutch installed. Friend who drives an FC wanted to test drive my FD, so i let him. He didnt get used to the sports clutch and he pushed it like I told h im not to. Then as i drove his FC coming from behind, i saw sparks coming from the bottom of the car ( i assumed that he didnt engage very nicely causing it to grind and creating sparks.) And I know I shouldnt let him drive it cuz there is a minor leakage in the injector. Then i believe after a block of test driving, I felt very uncomfortable and caught up to him we stopped, and smokes were coming from hood. Poped open, saw some flame, extinguished it and let it cool d own. around 30-45 mins later, engine is cool and I test it, it worked, drove home (he will take full resposnible for this he said, if anything happens.) Works fine but engine sounds funky. 2 days later, i am about ot goto work, started up the car, let it warm up, went back to the house to pick up something, 2 misn later, came out, and saw the car died on itself.... What can really cause this happen? Could it be hardness got burned? Also, I used a bottom of water spray, (spray very carefully to get rid of the powder, didnt get anywhere wet near any wires or hardness. This is a very dumb decision, but please help me) Any advice or tech support will be greatly apprecaited. Thank you

There is no such thing as minor leakage when it comes to fuel systems. Only major risk. If that was fuel burning, I'll bet you need new injectors, wiring harness, hoses, various sensors, solenoids, and gaskets. Should be over $1000 in parts alone. Engine fires and clutches don't seem very related to me. Even if the fire was caused by burning coolant or oil, it could have damaged some wiring by burning off its insulation. While the car may run, it will probably start showing electrical problems - open circuits or intermittent shorts.

The sparks are a little baffling - perhaps that was burning bits of whatever dropping onto the road.

I recommend you take it to a competent rotary shop. Injector leaks and engine fires are literally inches from the whole car burning down.

I honestly think you missed the lesson. The lesson is to never start a car with a fuel leak or fire risk. You may have put your friends life at risk by letting him drive the car.
