Upgraded Cooling System Questions

OK well I have made some changes recently and need a little help. Over the last month I have replaced my Radiator, AST, and Fans. I stood my Radiator straight up and added the Pettit Racing AST. I have filled up my overflow tank, AST and water filler neck. When I turn the key on my car the "add coolant light" come on and starts ringing. I have done numerous things this site suggested but it doesn't seem to help. Below is a list of what I have tried.

1. Filled water filler neck and pinched hoses to release air
2. Removed the coolant line from the TB and filled the filler neck
3. Setup a funnel system and filled it with water and walked away for a few horus while the water went in and the air came out.
4. Filled AST to the top

Now I have the funnel system setup right now with tons of water in it waiting for it to replace the air with water. I went through two 1-liter bottles of water and currently have a bottle of water in it now but it is no longer going into the system. The water level hasn't moved in a day so I am pretty sure it's full. I am fairly sure it's full but the red light is still coming on.

What can I do to get this red light off and stop it from ringing?

Is their wiring that might have gone bad? if so where is that located?

The low coolant sensor is in the front of the t-stat housing. There is also a second part of that wiring which connects behind the power steering pump. Do you have any empty connectors hanging around?
