Ah. Didn't know you were using turbos with internal gates. Guess I should have looked at the pictures more closely. My bad.

Are you planning to use one actuator for both turbos? If so why? Just "T" the vacuum lines together and it should work fine. Or is space an issue?

ATP Turbo makes v-band discharge flanges for those turbos. It makes the DP setup nice and easy, but they take up more room. I have GT28R sitting here and it's getting a V-band.

The ATP V-band is 3". There's absolutely no way they'd both fit in there, much less two 3" downpipes. I bugged ATP for a while to see if they'd start making smaller outlet flanges - they don't. In fact, the smallest weld-on GT25 series flange they make is for 3" oval. TEC has the flanges with 2.25" machined outlets - I'd really recommend those, and terminate them downstream in a V-band. I may end up doing that after the merge collector instead of using a 3-bolt flange.

I actually have a TEC flange already. It's a really nice piece, but if you look at the way it blocks the wastegate door, I think the setup is less than ideal. I have the factory Nissan discharge flange for this turbo. It's designed similar to this one from SSAutoChrome:

I have not personally run the TEC flange, but some Nissan guys report problems with boost creep and spiking with it, so I'm not going to use it. I can't use the Nissan one because it hits the block.

I'm going to either use the 3" V-band from ATP or make a setup similar to it.

That OBX piece is nice, but a little outside of my fab skills.

I've run high-boost T25's in the past without problems with the wastegate door. It opens a good 45 degrees or so - I don't expect it to be a problem. I guess we'll see!

Out of curiosity, where did you find the Nissan flange/gasket/template/whatever?
