with something as tempermental as an FD can be i'de feed it the best, one of those two brands, ya you pay more for oil but you never know what those crapie oils are doing to your engine, it's sick sometimes. stick with the best and alot fo times you end up better off then if you never did, this is also true in fuel for your FD aswell, cheap out and get regular, your car will go sooner, now if you run the porper amount of Octance in it (think its amost 100 on some FD 91-93 octane on others) you will notice your car will feel more "free" more power in almost any cars if you know your car well, but as soon as you start feeding it the best never downgrade, or your engine might get real pissy at ya, my budy switched from 93 octance to 110 He owns a 1990 300ZX TT 2+2 (Fuel injection cleaner with octance boost, then he added octance boost) i could hear the difference in the car, (only rode in a few times but i could tell a major diff) if you can spare the money i'de say do it, your engine will love ya for it.

I had a thread recently that stipulated the same findings. I realized increased MPG after installing the twin power under similar driving conditions and tested over a couple of months worth of driving. I averaged about 20% increase in MPG overall (city and highway).

Im using mobil 1 synthetic 0w40 currently, changed from 15w50.
