Would Like To Know If Any One Knows Of Some Twin Turbo Up Grades?
I Would Like To Stay Twin Turbo And Try To Build An Engine With About 400 Hp To The Wheels.

Search for one....if you want to keep twins some choices are BNR's(best choice imo), 99 spec twins, Knightsports, oh and did i say SEARCH?!
