Twin turbo or single?
Hey. I thought i would post a poll asking weather you guys prefeer the stock twin-sequential turbos of upgrading to a monsterous single turbo. The single turbo, generally, will have more lag because it is bigger, but the twins are really complicated and sometimes faulty. What do you think?

It depends on your goals:
Modified twins: decent power, might pass SMOG visual check, hot and complicated
Big single: can make huge power, no chance of passing SMOG, light and simple (once you get it all sorted out)

I think Max asnwered your question well but as for the poll, the problem is for it to be a preference one would have had to have "both" setups and very few have.

built my own engine
the problem with the "lag" that everyone complains about is that when you look at the curves on a dyno, single turbos make as much horsepower below 4k rpms as the stock sequentials do at 7k rpms.....
