The Twin Turbo Kits ????

Could someone educate me how does the Twin Turbo Kit works? I am talking about the pair which is on sales on Jason's website. They look awesome.

I believe they are the a'spec kit which does run in parallel. Basically there is less rotational mass due to smaller wheels. This helps the turbos spool faster than a single and push about the same cfm.

So, it's not a seq. turbo(s)? and how does it attach to the IC? need a Y pipe? and how much power does it generate? and how does it compare to the single turbo? single turbo seems to work better on straight road, but doesn't do well on cornering.
