Twin power Buzzing and Profec clicking

So I am trying to start my car for the first time in a few years and today i was double checking everything before i actually try to turn in over. I have turned the key to the first position a few times over the past few weeks to make sure i have good power to everything and today when i flipped the key the Twin power and the Profec spec B solenoid box started geeking out. The profec sounded like a machine gun and the twin power started buzzing like crazy. So the twin power's LED was lit but it had a distinct buzz coming from the box. Mind you it was not running just in the first key position. It has never done this before and i have ran power test many times before. Same with the Profec, it just started today and its never done it before. I dont think they are related, i believe its just a coincedence that they started acting up at the same time. Is there anyway to bench test the twin power? Anyone had a twin power buzzing?

power cycling issues are usually caused by the alternator or low battery voltage.

Ah good call it has been cold this past week and the battery was just sitting there. I didn't even think to check the voltage. I wonder if the same is true for the twin power?

Mine buzzed when the battery was low. Also had that happen to all of the solenoids in the rats nest. Atleast that's what it was afaik. Might of been a loose battery connection.

if the voltage drops low enough the main relay supplying power to the majority of the car may begin to cycle rapidly, causing all sorts of irregularities.

check the battery and recharge it. if it is holding 12v+ with the key on disconnect and wrap up your alternator connections and retry, if it goes away you probably have a faulty diode in the alternator. this is generally only an issue if the car is running.

Well i checked the voltage at the battery and it was still at 12.6v so to make sure i put a charger on it to bring it up to 14.2v to try and simulate the alternator output. With key turned to the on position the twin power still buzzed and the profec still clicked at a very rapid pace. I also unpluged the alternator completely and it didnt help matters. I also tried unbolting the ground to the twin power to see if it would make any difference and it still just buzzed away.
