Twin plate Clutch ?'s

Planning the rebuild and gt 35/40 switch and was try to figure out which clutche to get. Was wondering if anyone is useing a twin plate and what there thoughts on it were? Has the pedal pressure, how grabby is it, what kind and anything else you would care to share.
