Turning Flywheel

I have an older two step aluminum lightweight flywheel from Ray Lockhead. The contact surface has screws in it as it can be pulled apart. My question is can this be turned like a regular two step flywheel at the machine shop?

Thanks...

It's a replaceable friction surface.... I don't believe they can be resurfaced. I recently bought a new one for a customer. Good luck getting those fasteners out, I ended up having a machine shop drill them out.

It has a little bit of clutch chatter...Wonder how I can get this to stop? The flywheel looks ok, no bluing or hot marks etc..Frustrating.
