Turbo Vacuam Pipe
Ok i started ripping apart the car to find any problems i could find that can help me fix the hesitiation and back firing during driving at 5000rpm and above and i found one of the vacuam pipes connected to the turbo no connected can it be the culprit and what sort of problems can it cause.. its the one labeled Ä in the piping diagram in blue connected to the turbo i think i am attaching actual pics also. one more thing during the hot summer i have removed the temperature vavle so the water is circulatin all the time can it be the problem ?? i have tried messing with the tps also but nothing runs perfect wher i get the perfect volts from tps the car starts hunting for idle. can this pipe be causing an overboost causing fuel cuts ??

No, I don't think that pipe being loose can cause overboost.
As for reading the diagram, I think that pipe is actually the bright blue line that eventually leads into the LIM. "A" on the diagram is either the PCV hoses or the FPR solenoid. The PCV hose is right beside the loose hose on the elbow.
As for the hesitation, follow the WHOLE procedure for adjustment including idle adjustment. Even if it doesn't work right, a bouncing idle IMO is better than hesitation caused by a bad TPS adjustment.
