Turbo Simplification Done butttttt ... help

Alright FINALLY done with the simplification. I did the Rob Robbintte one on his site. Car turned on everything idled ok vacuum still a bit low (was a problem before). I take it for a spin and have boost problems. 1k-4k i got around 5 to 8 psi of boost but once I hit the high rpm I have 3 to 0 psi of boost. If I take the car all the way to 7k or 8k when I shift I get this weird noise like a dog crying when you step on his tail. I checked to make sure the BOV was working and it was so its not surge to the turbos. I check ALL hoses twice, all selenoids and connections twice. I check the check valves and just about anything else possibly to check. Any suggestions would be most helpful.

BTW I tried search but nothing similiar.

I think you're running over too many dogs.

Seriously, it sounds to me like your turbo control actuator isn't pulling the valve open. Vaccum line simplification only, not non-seq, right?

Ok sounds more like a dog whimpering now that I think about it.

The sound does to things. When Im driving and I hear it I get 5 psi to 8 psi and then I hear it again and I got no boost. (usually when I shift)

I was doing between 10 to 12 psi back on the seq system but I had a horrible vacuum leak which I think I found after doing this.

BWT This is the Diagram I used

check all your vac lines.. make sure they are connected correctly.. I think one of my line was switched and I got primary boost at first and when I hit secondary, the primary went away.. it was due to my swapping two lines.. make sure to double/triple check all your lines..

no that would be the airpump

fatman...I think I know what your problem is you see the pink and green line where the charge control stuff is? Well, I remember on my last car when I went to do the simplification the diagram was very misleading in that area and I had the hoses switched

try to remember the right way because the diagram makes it look wrong I remember...I could never get the seq to work but I was rushing to go to the track and only worked on it a few hours and was missing a few solenoids any way lol...so I went back to non sequential in 15 minutes...sucks but you gotta love it for simplicity
