Turbo manifold sealing with oe gasket? Please Help
So I got a new turbo manifold and it doesn't look like it will work with the oe gasket.
What do you see here? What should I do?
Exhaust port oe gasket sealing ring not completely covered
Same goes for egr port below

It does look like you have the correct fd gaskets. The manifold design seems to be the issue. And like said above, you could try a Tll gasket. Make sure its the oem one. The aftermarket ones will blow out in no time. Do not put anything in the egr ports.

The manifold is a newer design from Turblown, they changed to a new cnc engine flange.
Mine was custom made to allow the Elite LIM to clear a 1.15 ptrim turbine housing. I had a shorty Aspec and an older Turblown long manifold and none would work with the Elite LIM and the bigger turbine housing.

Interesting... Pics of the full manifold (for curiosity/fapping sake). Elliot has a pretty good reputation for knowing his stuff, so I'd go with his advice unless it's blatantly wrong and restrictive.

They may "know his stuff" but he sure as hell has been failing lately. Dealing with them my second time now because they are the only adaptronic place in the US and they haven't even went to their mailbox to get the ecu. So basically its sitting in there since the 7th and all I get is it will be worked on.... They misplace things all the time it seems and just cannot keep up with work...Wouldn't be surprised if it fell into the actual products now.

Damn, that sucks, I'm sorry
I've heard of other complaints over the years from over on other forums, but I wasn't going to speak poorly of them (myself) since I've not had much personal experience with them. Historical context will show that I'm perfectly happy to voice my opinion of established shops (PFS) if I've had a bad experience though!!!
If they're the bottle-neck (for better or worse) on Adaptronic stuff in the US, have you considered just cutting your losses and going with something like the new AEM or Haltech? Neither are prohibitively expensive, though both are highly capable and readily available from a variety of merchants. I know you're shifting towards nail-biting mode as your tuning day gets closer... It might be an option worth considering

Repairing an ecu that you damaged, free of charge is not something we are required to do. It is a service we offer to help the public. A repair by adaptronic would take a lot longer FYI, and cost you a lot more in freight. BTW its being picked up today.
I already told the OP instantly that this batch of flanges must have been cut to the cosmo gaskets, and was an error on our end. I offered to swap him gaskets free of charge. I was able to make the FD gaskets fit just fine if flipped FYI, not sure why they don't on his end.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Turblown, from the TDX61 he made for me back when the gtx35 first came out and I just wanted that compressor. To now helping me with a custom manifold to fit the Elite LIM and yes it took some time but communication was great and I'm happy so far.
He offered to swap gaskets but I decided to get them myself instead. I can always put the FD gaskets FS later.
