Due to no boost in my car I remove my twin system and inspect.I got a question now.when I move both the turbo control valve's rod and wastegate valve's rod .I find the rod will comeback to centre.but the turbo precontrol vavle's rod alway not comeback to centre.Is it normal?and also I find the wastegate and precontrol have much oil inside so should I replace them?
