turbo control solenoids

So I was going through the car the other day just to check everything out, and i saw that one of my turbo control solenoids is unhooked. But the car still runs fine and pulls as hard as it has since the day I've owned it. Just need some input from some more experienced guys. Should I plug it back in or is it fine the way it is?

Which one?

Just checking - but are you talking about the dark green pair that face forward? Because those are actually wastegate and precontrol solenoids. If one of those is unplugged, it probably from a nonsequential conversion. In which case it's fine.
