turbo control solenoid

Does anyone know if the Vacuum Turbo control solenoid requires 12V? Because the pressure turbo control solenoid is giving out 12V. reason being is the terminal looks different so i was wondering if they provide different voltage ratings

all solenoids have constant 12v. the ecu controls the solenoids by negative ground pulsewith
