TTvs1T!!!
How many people on this bord have single turbo conversions, and how many people have twin uprgades?
Plz tell a little about your set up, such as type of turbos used, wastgate, ect.
And how it differs from the tt or 1t setup.

most single turbo setups will make more horsepower, but as to which is more fun to drive....
that's all up to the driver
i think that's the answer you're looking for, and some of the more faster members out there aren't going to be posting on a thread like this, so whoever responds isn't going to give you sufficient data to make a decision

O I wasent trying to find out which set up works best for me. Im happy the way i am right now. Im doing strictly suspension and handling mods for now. I want it to handle the best it can before i add power.
I was just curious because i had a look at the kinds of turbo kits availiable for the RX7 and most of them are single turbo kits. I was just curious about how many members have the 2 different setups and which they prefer and y.

Could someone overlay a stock twin, modified twin (bolt-ons with stock turbos), upgraded twin and any number of single turbo FDs dyno graphs?
I think it would tend to show that the singles come on 1000+ rpm later than the twins with similar bolt-on mods. It'll also show the twins usually don't produce as much HP on top. To some 1000rpm is no big deal, to others (like me) it is a huge deal.
I get 7psi boost by 1700-1800 rpm, 10psi by 2200 rpm or so with twins and bolt-ons. A cat on a single turbo is pretty much non existant, my car still has the stock main cat.
